
Lorraine Turci documents the complex relationships between human beings and their environment. She is interested in the notions of identity, human rights, territory, transmission and memory. She carries out long term projects while regularly collaborating with the press and institutions. She graduated from the Fine-Art School of Nantes and from the Paris 8 University in photography. She is a member of Hans Lucas since 2019.
Her work has been exhibited at Visa pour l’Image festival, the Nuit blanche de Montreal, L’Homme et la mer photo festival, in Berlin during the European Month of Photo, at the Norway Nordic Light festival, at Warsaw Photo Days. In 2022, her work is winner of the French National Library commission Radioscopie de la France.
